When we first chose a Vetel DR system, it was because we were pleased with the portability, ease of use, and outstanding image quality. Now that we've used it for a while, we really rely on it to aid our diagnosis and documentation.
The real-time assessment and the dynamic detail are vital to what we do. We can view, select and transmit high-quality images for real time assessments via email to all parties concerned. Obtaining radiographs is fast; we can acquire an image and if the technique needs to be adjusted we can do so with ease and have a repeat image without the need to wait for developing.

I can do things with my Vetel system that you just can't do with other equipment. The software is so user-friendly. I'm not much of a computer guy, but after that first day when Dr. Waldsmith helped me get to know my new system, I had it down. The Metron DVM software is so much simpler and more straightforward than other systems, even with all the extra features. It's not a human-based system that's been adapted for equine use. It was designed around the needs of an equine practice like mine.
When I have a question, I get help from Vetel Diagnostics immediately. Everybody is polite and helpful. They want to take good care of me. You just don't see that level of customer service other places these days. I am very pleased.
